Recruitment process
- selected people are invited to an interview with the future supervisor,
- the best candidate is selected based on a comprehensive assessment of the results of the interview and the application,
- each candidate who will be invited to the interviews will receive feedback with the final decision (also people who will not be presented with an offer of employment),
- during the interviews, elements of case studies or simulations of professional situations might take place.
Personal data protection
By sending a recruitment application to HORTICO S.A., you consent to the Employer processing your personal data contained in the recruitment application in order to recruit for the position indicated in the advertisement.
If you want us to keep your CV in our database, add the following consent in your CV: “I consent to the processing by HORTICO S.A. personal data contained in my recruitment application for the purposes of future recruitment “.

We process your personal data indicated in the Employment Code or in other specific acts (according to the requirements of the advertisement) on the basis of legal provisions and their submission is necessary to participate in recruitment. We process other personal data (e.g. image) on the basis of your voluntary consent, which you expressed by sending us your recruitment application and their submission does not affect the possibility of participating in recruitment.
We may process your personal data appearing in the recruitment application also for the purpose of establishing, investigating, or defending against claims if the claims relate to our recruitment. For this purpose, we will process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, consisting of establishing, investigating, or defending against claims in proceedings before courts or state authorities.
You have the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of it, rectifying data, requesting its removal, processing restrictions, objecting to the processing and transferring the data provided (for which you consented) to another data administrator. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (in the future: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
We process your personal data in order to recruit for the position indicated in the advertisement for a period of 3 months, and when you have consented to participate in future recruitment for 3 years. In addition, we may store your personal data for the purpose of establishing, investigating, or defending against claims related to the recruitment process for a period of 1 year.
We may permit your personal data to providers of job posting services, providers of recruitment management systems, providers of IT services such as hosting and IT system providers.
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
