On November 4-11, 2009, at the Crystal Bogaskent hotel in Turkey, a training course was held, attended by customers covered by the trade program.
The main assumption of the training was to improve sales efficiency through professional customer service. In the hotel, the group used a conference room with multimedia equipment. During the training meetings, the main topics were the standards of professional customer service, merchandising techniques and techniques to increase sales. These topics were discussed and analyzed on the basis of training materials and presentations prepared for all participants. During the whole stay, an important and very beneficial element for everyone was the opportunity to exchange observations and experiences in the horticultural industry. All participants who took part in the full training cycle during the trip received certificates confirming its completion.
Taking advantage of the place and circumstances, many participants took part in visiting attractive tourist places and learning about local customs and Turkish culture.
We hope that this bit of free time was enough for the trip to be counted also as a rest. We are convinced that the class of the hotel, the conditions and the amount of relaxation provided a strong basis for the efficient assimilation and then use of the knowledge gained during the training.
