On September 21-28, 2010, a training conference was held at the Aquis Pelekas Beach hotel in Greece: “Complaint, Seller’s Treasure”, attended by the largest customers of the HORTICO warehouse from Wrocław. Partners cooperating with HORTICO since 2006 are included in the trade program aimed at developing cooperation in the field of trade in gardening articles and equipment by meeting mutual trade needs as well as training and development in the field of business competences. The main assumption of the training was to improve the competencies in efficient and conflict-free customer service in the field of complaints and to pay attention to the benefits for the seller that can be obtained from a properly handled complaint. All these topics were discussed and analyzed on the basis of training materials and mutual exchange of experiences (case studies). It was the fifth foreign training course, which, in the opinion of the partners, had a positive impact on expanding their business knowledge and, at the same time, allowed for relaxation and “charging the batteries” before the upcoming 2011 season. This year, HORTICO S.A. organizes yet another training in the Canary Islands for partners of a wholesaler in Lublin.
