On November 21-28, 2010 at the H10 Tindaya hotel on Fuerteventura Island, the second edition of the series of training courses on “Seller’s Treasure Complaint” was held. It was attended by top customers of HORTICO SA wholesalers from the Lublin and Lower Silesia provinces. Contractors cooperating with HORTICO took part in a trade program, of which the main assumption was to develop mutual cooperation in the field of trade in gardening products, as well as joint training and development of business competences. The November conference, as in the case of the September trip to Greece, was to familiarize participants with the basic issues related to the entire complaint process and to improve efficiency in competent and conflict-free customer service. All issues were discussed and analyzed on the basis of training materials prepared for all participants, as well as a multimedia presentation. During the whole stay in Costa Calma, crucial for everyone was the opportunity to exchange observations and experiences from the horticultural industry – changes in trends, sales methods, etc. After the classes, we managed to find some time to rest in the charming corners of the town. The conference organized in the Canary Islands was the sixth edition of the training series organized by our company.
