An inspirational training for all employees took place on October 2-4, 2009 in Radków.
The main goal of the meeting was to raise awareness of the importance of interpersonal communication in everyday work, professional contacts, creating conditions for self-evaluation and encouraging active education and development. The information on this topic was presented through an interactive lecture, staging techniques, exercises and a test. Additionally, the most common mistakes in the everyday use of broadly understood communication were indicated. The issue of non-verbal language turned out to be particularly interesting.
During the stay in Radków, there were many integration elements. Two bonfires provided us with a great atmosphere, and a disco until late at night. We also took advantage of the charm of the Stołowe Mountains. We visited the Skull Chapel in Czermna, Kudowa Zdrój and the maze in Błędne Skały. On the way back, the group from Lublin visited the center of Wrocław.
