On September 28, 2016, based on the announcement of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, HORTICO SA, in accordance with the new segmentation based on qualitative criteria, was classified into the NewConnect Focus segment.
Thus, the company remains in the group of 90 largest and most liquid Issuers from the alternative market.
The companies are classified to the segments on a quarterly basis, 2 trading days before the last trading day in March, June, September and December of each year.
Companies are eligible for the NC Focus segment if they meet at least five of the following conditions: the company’s average capitalization exceeds PLN 12 million, the price / earnings ratio is higher than 0 and lower than 50, the price / book value ratio is higher than 0 and lower than 10, the company pays dividends, the book value shown in the last published periodic report exceeds PLN 1 million, the company has a positive dynamics of revenues for the last 4 quarters and a positive dynamics of net profit for the last 4 quarters.
In addition, the company must meet such conditions as: shares have been listed for at least 12 months, their average price is higher than PLN 0.10, the book value cannot be negative, the company cannot conduct composition / recovery / liquidation proceedings and during the last 12 months, no disciplinary measures, such as a financial penalty or suspension of trading, have been imposed on the company more than once.
