Training trip to Cape Verde 27.11-04.12.2016

Phenomenal beaches, exotic landscapes, great weather, original music and excellent cuisine – all of this was admired by HORTICO’s business partners during a training trip that took place in Cape Verde.

This year’s trip, which was attended by 34 participants, took place on 27.11-04.12.2016. The departure took place from Warsaw, and the 7-hour journey, due to the pleasant atmosphere and friendly relations, passed at an express pace. We already know each other for a long time! Weekly foreign conferences are already the tradition of the Company.

Participants were checked into the luxurious hotel complex Oasis Atlantico Belorizonte **** located directly on the beach. During their stay, they had the opportunity to go on a full-day trip around the island of Sal – from the small fishing village of Palmeira, through the naturally salty Lake Buracona, where you can see the “blue eye” known for its specific play of light and emerald water, Terra Boa areas with the phenomenon of Fata Morgana, the capital of the island of Espargos, to the former crater of the Perda de Lume volcano. An unforgettable experience was also a catamaran cruise, during which they had the opportunity to observe life in the waters of the Atlantic. In addition to rest, during the trip there was a place for an obligatory part of the program, which is training. This year’s theme was “Assertiveness Training”.

It is not without reason that Cape Verde is called “the last paradise in the Atlantic”. Everyone returned to the country richer not only in a beautiful tan, but also in amazing impressions.
